11.              All details you provide to Jewels and Tools for purchasing, ordering and all services are correct. Your debit or credit card you are using has sufficient funds to cover costs of orders placed and is your own.

12.              You must choose a username and password on completion of registration. You must keep these details confidential and if compromised you must change it straight away. You are responsible for all actions under this username and password, and must not be sold to anyone or permit either directly or indirectly.

13.              If at any time the details supplied to Jewels and Tools has any change, it is your responsibility to inform Jewels and Tools as soon as possible.

14.              Should any item fail to give satisfaction, you may return it unopened or as new within in 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, original invoice or a copy must be included. Refund may take up to 14 days. Please note that we can not refund delivery costs unless the return is a result of our error.

15.              Unfortunately we can not refund or exchange on books.

16.              We can only exchange items if received faulty or wrong item received.

17.              Unfortunately orders may only be cancelled up to confirmation of transaction.

18.              If you have any problems with your order please contact by telephone or e-mail.

19.              Jewels and tools reserve the right to charge a 15% handling charge for any goods returned which are not in mint condition.

Liability

20.              This section applies only to the extent permitted by law. Jewels and tools shall not be liable for personal injury, sickness or death, resulting from any product purchased in all circumstances.

21.              Jewels and tools do not accept liability for any errors or omissions except as below. We reserve the right to change prices and information about all products.

22.              If you order any product from our web site and the price or information is in correct for any reason, we will contact you with the correct information and ask if you still want to fulfil your order. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil any product which is advertised at an incorrect price. You will be given the option to confirm your order at the correct price if you choose to do so, or cancel the order all together. If there has been any transaction of money at this point you will be refunded the full amount in the circumstances in this clause.

23.              Jewels and Tools will do there best to correct any errors as quick as possible after being notified.

24.              In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, wrong amount or a damaged item. Jewels and Tools shall not be held liable unless you notify us of the problem by writing to Parkers J & T Ltd, 37 Spencer Street, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 6DE, United Kingdom, with in 10 working days of receiving your goods.

25.              Jewels and tools and your self will only be liable under theses terms for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.

26.              Jewels and Tools shall not be liable for any loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property from any products or services purchased.

27.              All electrical products purchased from Jewels and Tools are covered with a 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault within the warranty, please contact Jewels and Tools as soon as possible where you be advised what to do. Unfortunately if the product needs to be sent back to the relevant service centre there will be a delivery charge.

Processing of orders

 

28.              Debit and credit cards are debited at the time of confirmation of your order. All sales include V.A.T. unless other wise stated.

29.              Every purchase made shall be deemed in the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom shall govern every aspect of agreement concerning products purchased from this web site.

30.              Jewels and Tools aims to process and ship all products in stock within 24hrs of receiving your order. Orders of items that are out of stock may be delayed. Some items may be unavailable and our stock level is approximate. Jewels and Tools are unable to give delivery dates for out of stock items.

31.              Unfortunately you can not track your parcel on-line, If you wish to have information on tracking your parcel or package please contact us by e-mail jewelsandtools@tiscali.co.uk  or by Telephone 0121 212 2446.

Delivery/item/risk

32.              The period stated within which you will receive your parcel or package is approximate. Goods will only be sent to the card holders address which you will be asked to fill in on purchasing items at confirmation. Please note that that most orders will come in one package or parcel but some times may come in instalments.

33.              Any item ordered will pass to you as soon as Jewels and Tools have received payment for that item in full. Risk in any item ordered will pass upon delivery to your self.

34.              IF your delivery address is out side the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by your self. Customs and import duties vary widely from country to country, we advise you to contact your local customs office for more information. 35.              For Christmas deliveries we advise that you order before the 16^th of December, we will endeavour to dispatch all items in stock within 24hrs of receiving your order. However we can not guarantee that you will receive all goods before the 24^th of December as the post may be delayed in your area because of the Christmas period.

Miscellaneous

36.        Jewels and Tools will not be held liable to you for any delay in the delivery of your items ordered or any other matters due to the extant out of our reasonable control e.g. break of war, acts of God, labour disputes, governmental actions, strikes, floods, fire etc.

37.        Jewels and Tools will not be liable for telecommunications service providers or failures and faults in their network and equipment.

38.        Jewels and Tools may amend these terms and conditions, and place the new version on this site. When Jewels and Tools do so it will be mentioned on our home page (jewelsandtools.co.uk).

39.        All intellectual property rights in this web site including copyright and trademarks (whether registered or un registered) shall be owned by us.

40.        It is a crime to use a false name, address and a stolen or invalid debit or credit card. Any one caught doing so will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

41.    Jewels and Tools reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this web site without notification,

A. If you engage in fraud or any other  illegal  activity within this site.

B. If you fail to make payments when due.
